Correction: Our vet estimates Stella to be at least 16 weeks old.
But on Friday we brought home an adorable, sweet, 11 week old puppy that we named Stella. She and Jango made fast friends. We're still working out some of the logistics of having two dogs at home, but really, so far, so good.

Looks like she's settling in pretty well. Is she really as tiny as she looks, or is that just a matter of perspective? So, what's her story? Where did you get here?
She's not that tiny. Jango is a complete monster. He's a wooly mammoth. We got her from a rescue up in PA. I swear she was advertised as older than her papers say, but what can you do? Was I really going to say no because she was 3 weeks younger than I thought? The boys adore her. And she and Jango are really enjoying each other. Only problems so far are she HATES the crate. Is really noisy when we try and put her in there. So we gave up so she's sleeping in our room and are gating her in our kitchen when we leave the house. With Jango so she's not lonely. And she's not sleeping all night. UGH! I swear like I've got a baby again. But hopefully it won't last too long. I will say this, no accidents at all in my house. I find it hard to believe she's housebroken, but she just might be.
