Today, my boy is 8. 8. EIGHT! I don't know how it happened. It went by in the blink of an eye. It seems like just yesterday I was pacing the floors with a very cranky baby. Just yesterday I was bringing his baby brother home to meet him and trying desperately to potty train him so I didn't have two in diapers (he'll hate that I just typed that). Just yesterday Joe was taking him to his first day of preschool. Just yesterday I was watching him get on the school bus for the first time. How can 8 years have gone by since we brought this little man into our lives? Eight.
Today, he is a sweet, sensitive, smart boy who notices everything and hears everything, even if you don't think he's listening. (I'm told I was very much the same way.) He loves video games, Indiana Jones, football, bowling, reading and hanging out with his brother.
I left work early today to be home when he got off the bus. He requested a spaghetti dinner and after, Gram and Pappy came over for some cake. I hope you had a great day Rynoman. I love you very much.
